The first minimill in Asia with direct rolling system for long products.

Our minimill consist of two 45 ton electric arc furance, 5-strand continuous caster,

and connected to the 18-stand rolling mill. With gas tunnel furance for billet temperature

equalization, the mill has made casting and direct rolling possible. This continuous dirct

rolling process eliminates the need to cool and reheat the billets, saves reheating energy,

and maximize product yield.

As a whole, our total transformation cost is around 10% lower than other conventional

minimills.
