Ukrainian B Company Debt Collection Case

Ukrainian client had a contract dispute with Chinese supplier due to a Steel Purchase Contract, Chinese supplier lost contact/disappeared after receiving client’s payment and deposit for goods, which resulted in over 1 million USD loss for the client. According to our preliminary investigation, we found that the supplier was actually a “shell”company, therefore we preliminarily determined that it was a international fraud case, as such, we quickly reported the case to local police, and as such frozen assets and bank account in time, to prevent it from further loss. Meanwhile, we further collected the debt through civil litigation. 

Result: successfully got the money back for client.
