Individual vet Case

A client received an email from a financial institution claimed itself could lend him money at a very low interest rate through a Chinese bank, but asked him to buy insurance to guarantee the loan.

When the client was about to remit money to the insurance company’s Chinese delegator, during the review of the contract, we found suspicions in the contract, therefore we asked for further information such as Chinese delegator’s ID, checked the ID at the police station (only licensed Chinese Lawyer could do), and found out that it is a faked ID with different person’s picture and residential address. 

Result: We stopped the transaction, helped the client from being cheated/further losses.
